Elena Faleschini studied under the tutors D. Basaldella, S.Mazzola, G. Grimaldi e A.Lucatello.
In 1964 she specialsed in goldsmithing under Mazzola. She began to exhibit her works from 1971 and opened up a goldsmith laboratory called 'Il Piccolo Oro' in 1976.
In 1990, Faleschini returned to sculpting in the round, delving into the exploration of technqiues and materials.
She then taught at the Università della Liberetà di Udine for a decade, from 2003 until 2013.
Her works may be found in the State Palaces of Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, Molise, Sardegna, Umbria, Austria, Croatia, England, Iran.
Faleschini has exhibited her works in several solo and collective exhibitions in Italy, Austria and Sardinia.
She lives and works Tricesimo.
